Paella Work

The "Paella Work" activity involves learning how to make paella from scratch, including the ingredients, the final preparation, and a tasting. After an explanation of the activity, participants are taken to the Central Market of Alicante (optional), where they are shown the different products available and which are best suited for making paella. Tramuntana Aventura will also purchase the necessary ingredients (fish or meat, rice, vegetables, etc.). Once the ingredients are purchased, we will travel to the facilities where the activity will take place. Participants will be shown how to make paella, from preparing the stock to cooking the paella. Before and during the activity, there will be a sangria-making competition, and participants will enjoy refreshments.
